5. PRICING POLICY

We reserve the right to modify the prices of our products and services at any time, without prior notice. However, we are committed to informing our customers of any price changes with sufficient advance notice.

For customers with ongoing subscriptions or contracts, any changes in prices will not affect the current billing period. Price changes will take effect from the next service renewal date or subsequent purchase.

On the other hand, in the case of products or licenses purchased for a specific version, it is important to note that updates to new versions may incur additional costs. ISSABEL.COM will inform customers well in advance about the availability of new versions and any changes in terms or associated costs. The decision to acquire such updates remains at the discretion of the CUSTOMER, and all necessary information will be provided so they can make an informed decision.

Customers will always be notified of such update opportunities and will have the option to accept or decline these new versions and the conditions that accompany them. 7. AVAILABILITY

The online product catalog provided by ISSABEL.COM includes on-demand support, support subscriptions, module licenses and add-ons, asynchronous training, and live training sessions that are scheduled on specific dates.

Within our product catalog, there are items that may require a pre-sale process, in which case the acquisition method is specified on the respective informative page.

We inform our customers that asynchronous course formats are available for immediate commencement, while live course dates are regularly updated according to an availability schedule.

ISSABEL.COM will make every effort to accommodate all our clients in their demand for online courses. Live courses are conducted with the assistance of a live online instructor and require a minimum number of students to commence.

7.1 Course Rescheduling and Cancellation

We understand that unforeseen events happen and that flexibility is key for our clients. In the event that a scheduled live course needs to be rescheduled, we will directly contact enrolled clients to coordinate their attendance on a new date that suits them. If the client is unable to attend the rescheduled course and requests a refund, ISSABEL.COM will proceed with a full refund of the amount paid for the course without any penalties.

In the unfortunate event that a live course is definitively canceled by ISSABEL.COM and no viable alternative is offered, a full refund will automatically be issued to all affected clients. We commit to processing such refunds promptly, using the same payment method the client used for the original transaction.

Our goal is to minimize any inconvenience and ensure client satisfaction by maintaining open and effective communication throughout the process. We value the trust our clients place in us and strive to provide suitable solutions for any changes in our course schedules.

8. PAYMENT

The Client agrees to pay at the time the order is placed; such fees will be communicated to the Client prior to finalizing the purchase itself.

The Client must cancel the amount corresponding to their order by payment through credit or debit card.

The Client must notify us of any improper or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, via email or phone, as soon as possible so that we may take the appropriate actions.

9. SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS

ISSABEL.COM offers a catalog of products and services distributed as Software as a Service (SaaS), which require a recurring monthly, semi-annual, or annual payment. The CUSTOMER will pay the established value during the initial purchase process through a valid and current payment method.

  • If the CUSTOMER fails to make the corresponding payment within the set period, ISSABEL.COM will temporarily suspend the service while the CUSTOMER regularizes the payment and will place any instance or server on hold. ISSABEL.COM will issue appropriate reminders to ensure that the CUSTOMER is aware of and able to make the necessary payment.
  • Once on hold, the CUSTOMER will not have access to their instance, and any pending support cases will also be placed on hold. If the CUSTOMER does not regularize the payment within 15 days after the service renewal date,
  • ISSABEL.COM will consider the service terminated and will proceed to delete any CUSTOMER instances or servers, regardless of any loss of information.
  • ISSABEL.COM disclaims responsibility if the CUSTOMER fails to make the payment and, as a result, their operations suffer any loss. It is the CUSTOMER’s responsibility to make payments within the periods established and specified for each product as offered on this site.

10. SECURITY

Our page utilizes the highest commercially available security measures in the sector.

Credit card payments are made through STRIPE and/or PAYPAL, both of which are internationally recognized companies.

Once the order is formalized, that is, with the acceptance of the Terms of Use and the confirmation of the purchase process, we always send an email to the CUSTOMER confirming the details of the purchase made. Once the CUSTOMER has made the payment, ISSABEL.COM will process the delivery of the product or service, as appropriate.

11. ON-DEMAND SUPPORT

Customers may purchase on-demand support to receive immediate assistance within the specified service hours. If a CUSTOMER opts for 8×5 support, they should note that this service is available from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Mexico time.

Should customers require 24×7 support, it is accessible at any time.

Clients should be aware that at the start of support, our technicians will work to understand the client’s issue and requirements, making their best effort to resolve the request within the allotted time. For this reason, it is recommended to clearly understand your requirement and purchase at least two hours of support.

By purchasing support, the client acknowledges that they have carefully read the terms and conditions of the support, as well as the generalities and requirements for it.

All hours of on-demand support purchased are valid for one year.

12. ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

For One-Time Payment Products or Services

ISSABEL.COM will accept order cancellations under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellations are only accepted for live courses.
  • We do not accept cancellations or returns for recorded/asynchronous courses.
  • If a live course cancellation request is made on the same day before 4:30 p.m., the CUSTOMER will receive an immediate full refund without penalty.
  • If the cancellation request is made within the following three business days, provided the course has not yet started, the refund will be requested through Stripe or PayPal (depending on the method of payment used), who will then notify the CUSTOMER’s bank to process the refund. This process could take an average of 10 business days. A 10% administrative fee will apply in this case.
  • If the order has been processed and the course has started, cancellations or refund requests will not be accepted.
  • In the case of on-demand support, the CUSTOMER may cancel the service, provided that the support has not commenced, and request a refund within the next three business days following the purchase. In this case, ISSABEL.COM will process the refund, and a 10% administrative fee will apply.
  • We do not accept cancellations or returns for one-time payment licenses or add-ons.

For Subscription Products or Services

  • The CUSTOMER may cancel the service at any time. If a CUSTOMER has acquired a license or service with a recurring subscription, ISSABEL.COM will process the cancellation, and the CUSTOMER will have access to the service until the end of the previously charged billing period.
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason for this type of service. Any CUSTOMER instances or servers will be deleted on the date corresponding to the renewal of the service, thereby giving the CUSTOMER adequate time to export the information from their instance.
  • ISSABEL.COM will not maintain any backups of CUSTOMER instances or servers once the CUSTOMER has canceled the service.

If ISSABEL.COM approves a return, it will always be carried out through the payment method the CUSTOMER used. It’s important to note that ISSABEL.COM does not store or have access to customers’ payment method information; therefore, the refund will be requested through STRIPE or PAYPAL.

Both STRIPE and PAYPAL process refund credits within a timeframe of 5 to 30 business days. ISSABEL.COM will make every effort to manage the refund with the mentioned entities, and once the process is completed and there are still outstanding amounts, ISSABEL.COM will provide the necessary information for the CUSTOMER to manage their case with STRIPE and PAYPAL.

13. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

ISSABEL.COM holds all rights to the content, design, and source code of this website and, specifically but not limited to, the photographs, images, texts, logos, designs, trade names, and data included on the website. The total or partial reproduction of this website or any of its contents is expressly forbidden without the express written permission of ISSABEL.COM.

Furthermore, the copying, reproduction, adaptation, modification, distribution, marketing, public communication, and/or any other action that infringes upon the current legislation of the United States of America and/or international regulations on intellectual and/or industrial property, as well as the use of the contents of the website without prior express and written authorization from ISSABEL.COM, is strictly prohibited.

ISSABEL.COM informs that it does not grant any implied license or authorization over the intellectual and/or industrial property rights or any other right or property related, directly or indirectly, with the contents included on the website.
