Requirements and Conditions

  • Minimum purchase requirement: 10 omnichannel agents.
  • Subsequent increments: In blocks of 10 agents.
  • The customer must have Issabel 5 installed on their infrastructure (on-premise or private cloud).
  • No additional PBX user fees, as the customer manages their own Issabel installation.
  • No mixing of voice and omnichannel licenses within the same instance.
  • Initial configurations are not included. It is recommended to contract professional services for setup.

Support Conditions

  • Included technical support: Bug resolution and updates.
  • The customer is responsible for their infrastructure: Server, operating system, connectivity, and SSL certificates.
  • Support requests must be submitted through the Issabel Helpdesk.
  • Optional: 24/7 support with priority response times.
