The Omnichannel License for Issabel Contact Center in the Issabel Cloud enables agents to manage voice and digital interactions through WhatsApp, Telegram, Webchat, and SMS, without the need for infrastructure investment.

Requirements and Conditions

  • Minimum purchase requirement: 5 omnichannel agents.
  • Subsequent increments: By 1 agent at a time.
  • Additional PBX user fee: $5 per user (agents, supervisors, or administrators).
  • No mixing of voice and omnichannel licenses within the same instance.
  • Initial configurations are not included. It is recommended to contract professional services for setup.

Support Conditions

    • Included technical support: Bug resolution and updates.
  • Infrastructure is fully managed by Issabel.
  • Support requests must be submitted through the Issabel Helpdesk.
  • Optional: 24/7 support with enhanced SLAs.
