Issabel Contact Center NFR DEMO License is a special license intended exclusively for Certified Issabel Partners, designed to facilitate their presales, testing, and implementation processes. This package includes:

5 omnichannel agents, with full access to all features of the Issabel Contact Center, including voice campaigns, digital interactions (WhatsApp, Telegram, Webchat, SMS), and more.

Annual duration, renewable. Renewal is a mandatory requirement for maintaining Certified Partner status.

Updates included, ensuring the NFR platform is always aligned with the latest versions and features of the Contact Center.

Support included, managed through the Official Issabel Helpdesk under the standard support scheme, with no guaranteed SLA. Requests are prioritized by severity, with approximate response times as follows:

  • Critical cases: 4 hours (during business hours or weekends from 9:00 to 17:00 GMT-6).
  • Moderate cases: 8 business hours.
  • General inquiries: 3 business days.

Expected use cases:

  • Internal testing.
  • Commercial demos for potential clients.
  • Proof of concept.
  • Integration validation.

Restrictions:

  • Cannot be used in live production environments for end customers.
  • Not extendable beyond the 5 included agents.
  • Can be used internally by the partner for their own training and continuous improvement, as long as it is not a production environment with external clients.

Special discounted price: The NFR DEMO license comes with a 50% discount compared to the regular price of a full 5 omnichannel agent license for one year.
